Payment & Pricing

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through authorised and valid payment gateways. A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Any remaining balance must be settled within the specified period before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy & Penalties

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following penalty charges apply per person. Cancellations made more than 45 days before departure will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made between 22 to 44 days before departure will incur a charge of 35% of the package price. Cancellations made between 15 to 21 days before departure will incur a charge of 50% of the package price. Cancellations made between 8 to 14 days before departure will incur a charge of 75% of the package price. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure or in the case of a no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the package price, with no refund provided.

Refund Policy

Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 to 30 working days to the original payer’s account. MY E Travel reserves the right to impose administrative or bank processing fees for any refund transaction. If MY E Travel cancels a package due to technical reasons or insufficient participants, a full refund will be provided or an alternative travel date will be offered.

Privacy Policy (PDPA)

MY E Travel collects personal data including names, NRIC or passport numbers, and contact information solely for the purpose of travel bookings and payment verification. Personal data will only be shared with relevant third parties such as hotels, airlines, and insurance providers, as well as with authorities such as MOTAC or Immigration when required by law. Credit and debit card information is not stored on MY E Travel’s servers and is processed securely through authorised payment gateway providers.

Liability

MY E Travel acts strictly as an intermediary agent and shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, damages, or injuries caused by third parties such as airlines or hotels, or due to force majeure events including natural disasters or acts of war. Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or deposit is required as specified at the time of booking.


Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and tour operators.


Travel Documents: Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents. Liability: My-eTravel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and service providers and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes outside our control.


Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries or services as necessary.


Privacy Policy: All personal data collected will be used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.

Booking Policy

1. Reservations: Bookings can be made online or through our agents. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Payment: Payments must be completed within the time frame specified at booking to avoid cancellation.

3. Changes & Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must be notified immediately. Fees may apply as per service providers' terms.

4. No-show: Failure to appear for flights or tours without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

5. Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents and visas are valid.

6. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, political unrest).

Privacy Policy

At My-eTravel , we respect your privacy. All personal information collected during bookings or inquiries will be used solely for processing your requests and improving our services. We do not share your data with third parties except for service providers involved in your travel arrangements (e.g., airlines, hotels). We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data as per applicable laws.
